Message Waiting?

My phone has apparently decided to start screening calls for me. I thought it odd when someone mentioned leaving me a message that I'd never gotten. So I decided to check my voicemail even though it hadn't told me that I had any messages.

"You have thirteen new messages."

Huh!? It seems my phone has been keeping all of the messages I've been receiving for the past 4 days a secret. So, if you called and left a message, but I never called you back or even acknowledged your call, sorry.

Tonight I took Marty a spiral notebook. We wrote some love notes back and forth. And then we watched Wheel of Fortune.

Sorry about the phone with an attitude...or maybe it's just trying to be considerate!?

I am so glad you got to watch Wheel of Fortune together! I think this is the first time Wheel of Fortune has truly warmed my heart (or at least the mention of it does.)

Praying and thinking of you lots and lots!

Why don't phones ever work like they're supposed to? I like WoF myself and am glad you're getting to watch it again! We had a playstation WoF game once and I won $42,000 in one game. I'll bet you guys win a bunch of stuff as you watch together, too.

Hey Peanut,

So glad to hear of all the good news! I was a big fan of WOF as a kid, but Pat and Vanna had lost their thrill. After hearing your story I have a renewed appreciation for WOF. Maybe as a fun joke you should find an old dress and BE Vanna for one of your daily WOF watching parties. If your hair looks anything like your bedtime hair in the blog drawing I'm sure it will make Marty laugh. :)

Thinking of you always

Didn't I tell you that you and Marty would be watching WoF together again in no time?! Glad to hear it only took one day. Did Marty guess any puzzles?

I use to watch WofF when I was a teenager. I would always get so frustrated watching with Grandma Petie. There would be three or four letters turned and she would get it. And I was completely clueless. So WofF is a good show for making memories.
thinking of you daily

Technology is my worst and best friend. My husbands tv that needs 5 remotes to get it to work!!!What did we all do before email and cell phones?????
I remember when mom and dad finally got a anwering machine after us kids moved out. Now a days who lives without an answering machine???
Life is so busy who has time to catch up with 15 messages on top of those new coming everyday.
Good Luck
Glad you figured it out...that's half the battle.

cell phones sometimes do not register messages or even missed calls if, when the call was made the phone was not in an area where it could recieve the call and log it. i have had this problem too. putting it by the window when you are inside might help. say hi to marty for me.

I am a little behind in responding...hope you read old messages!
My phone did that too! Made me so mad! But, I should just be happy to have phone I guess:)
I have the same memory as Jamie with Grandma Petie! I would watch when I wasn't with her so I could practice and hopefully get a puzzel before her sometime!
I also watched it with Doug's Mom and Dad our first year of marriage on the nights I did laundry. I wonder if the WofF people know how many people build their memories with their show:)
